if service can't disable with normal method,and you need to direct to edit regedit

Location is in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services],find the specific service key(folder),right click(property),then remove all rights of that folder

use "autoruns" from www.sysinternals.com to delete unwanted entry

click options,then uncheck "Hide Empty Locations" and "Hide Windows Entries"
